RIGHTS OF REFUSAL
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia, the Buyer can use the right of withdrawal and unilaterally withdraw from the distance contract within 14 calendar days and return the product purchased in the e-store to the Company.
The term for using the right of withdrawal counts from the day the Buyer has received the product or part of the product (products) (in cases where the order was partially fulfilled).
The buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if:
- the ordered goods cannot be returned due to their nature (e.g.: hygiene items, etc.), or they are perishable or can be quickly used up;
- Buyer has opened any media packaging.
According to the sixth part of Article 12 of the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights, the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal. The company reserves the right to refuse the Buyer to exercise the right of withdrawal or to withhold a compensation fee in case the product is damaged, careless handling of the product during use or failure to follow the instructions, if the product's original packaging is lost or if its packaging is significantly damaged.

In order for the deadline for the right of withdrawal to be respected, it is sufficient if you send your notification about the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the right of withdrawal.
CONSEQUENCES OF REFUSAL
If you reject the goods, we will refund you all payments received from you, excluding the cost of delivery of the goods, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we were informed of your decision to reject the goods.< /p>
Refunds will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that the goods have been returned, whichever comes first, and after we have verified the technical and visual condition of the goods.< /p>
The goods are sent back to you or handed over to us, taking into account our working hours Tukuma nov., Tukums, Pumpuru iela 21, LV-3101 without unreasonable delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you notified us of your decision to refuse from goods.
The deadline will be met if you send the goods back before the 14-day deadline.
When returning the purchased item, the buyer must present a document confirming the purchase.
You are only responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods, if the goods are used for other purposes than to establish the type, characteristics and operation of these goods. For example, the product(s) is physically or visually damaged, used and/or worn out.
The consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the period of exercise of the right of withdrawal (including the complete and perfect preservation of the packaging).
THE CONSUMER CANNOT EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF REFUSAL
- The price of the product depends on financial market fluctuations, which cannot be controlled by the seller and which may occur during the right of withdrawal;
- The goods are made to the consumer's instructions or are clearly personalized;
- The product perishes quickly or is about to expire;
- The consumer has opened the package for the product;
- The product, due to its properties, has been irreversibly mixed with other things after delivery;
- The consumer has opened the audio recording or video recording, or the package of computer programs;
- The product is mechanically and/or visually damaged, the value of the product has decreased;
- A contract is concluded for the supply of digital content, which is not supplied on a permanent data carrier, if the digital content
- Delivery has been started with the consumer's prior express consent and confirmation of the loss of the right of refusal;
- If the product has been used in a way that is incompatible with the principle of good faith, including used for a purpose other than to clarify the characteristics or operation of the product.
When returning the purchased item, the buyer must present a document confirming the purchase.
